مع التقدم التكنولوجي السريع في مجاال العماارة و التصاميم الاداخلي الاذي أتجاه إلااى خدمااة الإحتياجااات الماديااة للإنسااان , و إهمااال الإحتياجااات النفسااية لااه , لاام يعااد ‘المصاامم بقااادر علااى ربااط ماضاايه بحاضااره و لاام يسااتطيع مواكبااة هااذا التطااور فأصبحت تصاميمه مجرد تقليد مهزوز , يفتقر إلى التوازن و الهوية , و أختفات فياه معظم العناصر الجمالية الأصيلة , كما أنه لم يستطيع الإستفادة من إيجابيات التطاور التكنولوجي و لم يتجنب سلبياته و تعذر التوفيق باين الإحتياجاات المادياة و النفساية )1(.في ظل التقدم المنفرد فكانت هذه الدراسة محاولة من الباحثة بالربط بين الفن الزخرفي القديم و تحديدا في زخرفااة القضاابان الحديديااة لنوافااذ المباااني التاريخيااة التااي تعااود إلااى العهااد العثماااني الثاني , و بين أعماال التصاميم الاداخلي , و كاان إختياار الباحثاة هاذه الحقباة الزمنياة في هذه الدراسة ,لما أمتاز به هذا العصارمن الإباداع و الرقاي الفناي و المعمااري , بينما كان تسليط الضوء على زخرفة القضبان الحديدية للنوافذ في المباني العثمانية , لإبراز و إظهار النضج الفني و الإبداعي لأشكال و أنواع الزخرفة الموضوعة علاى هذه القضبان , فكانت أشكال هذه الزخارف عناصر تزيينية و دفاعية في آن واحد . كما عملت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على سرد نبذة أهام تاريخياة مختصارة عان العهاد العثماااني و نشااأتها و ذكاار نبااذة تاريخيااة عاان مدينااة طاارابلس و أهاام خصائصااها المعمارية و الفنية , و تطورها الحضاري و الفني . و تطرقت الدراسة أيضا إلاى ماا مادى تاأثير العوامال الإقتصاادية و الإجتماعياة علاى الزخرفااة المحيطااة بالعمااارة الليبيااة , و تحدياادا عنااد العصاار العثماااني الثاااني و هااي مرحلااة موضااوع الدراسااة بشااكل خاااص , و لاام يااتم تجاهاال تااأثير الفنااون المختلفااة الأخرى على الفن العثماني بلبيبيا عند الزمن العثماني الثاني في هذه الدراسة و فااي الفصاال الثالااث ذكاارت الباحثااة أهاام المااواد المسااتخدمة فااي صااناعة لنوافااذ , و أيضا جمعت قدر من التعريفات المتعددة للنوافذ من المراجع العلمية و سردها بشاكل ساالس , و توضاايح مااا هااي مكونااات النافااذة , كمااا نجااد عنااد المبحااث الثاااني فااي هااذا الفصل ذكرت الباحثة أهمية الحديد و أنواعه , و بينت أنواع الحديد و بداية ظهوره , و ما طرق صناعة المعادن و زخرفتها . و عند الفصل الرابع نجد أن الباحثة أغنت هذه الدراسة بأهم العناصارالزخرفية التاي تزخر بها القضبان الحديدية لنوافذ عادة بمبااني المديناة القديماة بطارابلس , و تحديادا في العصر العثماني الثاني , و هي الفترة الزمنية التي تكون قيد الدراسة , ثم عملات علااى تصاانيفها إلااى عاادة عناصاار زخرفيااة متنوعااة , فمنهااا زخرفااة نباتيااة , و منهااا زخرفاة حيوانياة و آدمياة , و يوجاد ماا يعارف بالزخرفاة الهندساية بعادة أنواعهاا و أشكالها , و أيضا يوجد ما يعرف بالزخرفة الكتابية و هذه الزخرفة أشتهرت عند

Highlights the importance of this study for Semiotic and its impact image in the formation of visual Arab drama it works deeply to see distant meanings and goals intended deeply working on the deeply development of creativity and thinking, considering the reality in all its aspects and details of a tool for the transfer of culture and communication between different cultures in the world, and through them up easily and simplicity of the given ideas, trends and text only. إن هذه الدراسة التي تختص في تراث الأغنية الوطنية في ليبيا بعد جمع عينة مختارة وتحليلها وتدوينها، وذلك بهدف توثيقها والحفاظ عليها من التحريف والتلف والضياع والنسيان تعتبر مشكلة علمية، حيث انبثقت منها مجموعة من الأسئلة الغرض منها الوصول إلى وصف وتحليل هذا النوع من الأغاني الغنائية، والتعرف على مكوناتها، وصيغتها من نصوص وألحان وأوزان مستعملة وآلات بمختلف أنواعها حيث قسم الباحث هذه الدراسة على أربع فصول وفيما يلي ملخص لما ورد فيها :الفصل الأول :-الإطار المنهجي ويشمل (المقدمة – مشكلة الدراسة – الهدف من الدراسة أهمية الدراسة – أسئلة الدراسة – منهج الدراسة – حدود الدراسة – أدوات الدراسة – عينة الدراسة الدراسات السابقة- مصطلحات الدراسة ).الفصل الثاني :- (الإطار النظري) ويشمل :المبحث الأول :- التعريف الجغرافي والتاريخي لليبيا. المبحث الثاني :- مفهوم الأغنية الوطنية. المبحث الثالث : المصطلحات والتسميات الموسيقية العربية .المبحث الرابع : الالات الموسيقية المستعملة .المبحث الخامس : كلمات الأغاني الوطنية . الفصل الثالث :- (الدراسات التحليلية التي قام الباحث بتنفيذها في منطقة الدراسة وهي "ليبيا" مستعملاً بعض الأدوات مثل المكتبة المرئية والمسموعة لإذاعات الجماهيرية العظمى، وبعض التسجيلات القديمة، والمسموعة، وذلك في سبيل جمع عينة من بعض هذه الأعمال والأناشيد الوطنية، وأورد الباحث تدويناً كاملاً وتحليلاً موسيقياً أكاديمياً لعينة البحث المختارة من هذه الأعمال وأورد الباحث بما يقارب عن سبعين عملاً من كلمات فقط وعن قرابة الثلاثين عملاً بالنوتة الموسيقية، علماً بأن جل هذه الأعمال موجودة صوت فقط، وفي نهاية الدراسة وضح الباحث صور بعض رواد هذه الأغنية الوطنية. الفصل الرابع :- ويشمل (النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث بعد الدراسة الشاملة للأغنية الوطنية في ليبيا الحبيبة).وفي ختام هذه الدراسة أو البحث توصل الباحث إلى التوصيات التي ربما تكون ذات جدوى ونفع لتساهم في المحافظة على الأغنية الوطنية وزيادة تطورها من جميع مكوناتها،وضرورة ثوثيق هذه الأعمال الخالدة والحفاظ عليها.كما أورد الباحث في خثام هذه الدراسة مجموعة من الملاحق، حيث اشتملت على:نوتات بعض الأغاني الوطنية.كلمات بعض الأغاني الوطنية.بعض المصطلحات الموسيقية.مجموعة من الصور الثابتة. بالإضافة إلى ذكر المصادر والمراجع التي تتضمنها الدراسة. Abstract This study is concerned with the national folklore heritage in Libya , based on the collecting a selected sample , analyzing it and recording it in order to document and preserving it so as to safe it from distortion , damage losing or oblivion . it is considered a scientific problem , from which a set of questions have arised aiming toward description and analyzing this type of songs and understanding its ingredients and versions such as texts , melody and used balances , all types of instruments , where the researcher divided this study into three chapters. Below is an abstract of the contest:Chapter one: This chapter includes An introduction research problem – study purpose- study significance- study questionnair – study methodology – study limits- study instruments- study sample- previous studies).Chapter two: ( the theoretical concept) , which include:1- the first topic:The geographical and historical introduction of Libya.2- The second topic: The concept of the national folklore.Chapter three: ( the field study carried out by the researcher in the study territory –"Libya", using some tools such as the visual and radio libraries of the Great Jamahiriya Broadcasting , including some old radio records for the collection of some of these works and national anthems . The researcher have mentioned a complete recording and academic musical analyzes of the selected research sample of these works. He also mentioned about seventy words of work and about thirty musical tones of work. Keeping in mind that most of these works are found in a form of sonic (voice) only .At the end of the study the researcher presented some of the musical instruments utilized in the creation of some national folklores. Chapter four: This chapter includes the following: (The results concluded by the researcher after the comprehensive study of the national folklore in the be loving Libya).Finally , and at the end of this study or research , the researcher has concluded a set of recommendations , which he believes would be of good and beneficial , and contributes in the preservation of the national folklore and helps in enhancing it from all aspects.In addition to mentioning of the references and sources and annexes , terms and images of the study.
