Blended learning is widely adopted as an effective approach to develop the traditional teaching style, and to fulfill the satisfaction of learners, students, and institutions. Therefore, this paper discusses the effectiveness of blended learning with learning management systems (LMS) implications in higher engineering education. Blended learning concepts, components, and challenges are discussed, as well as strategies of implementation are introduced.

Here we describe the electroless deposition of Cu-Ag alloys in deep eutectic solvents using a variety of electrochemical and surface analysis techniques to determine the mechanism of alloy deposition and composition of deposits. The influence of various conditions on electroless deposition and the morphology of the deposit layers have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive analysis by X-rays (EDX). The electrochemical behaviour of pure copper, pure silver and Cu-Ag alloys was studied at various working electrodes by cyclic voltammetry. The use of (EQCM) electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance is shown to be very dependent upon the concentration of ions in solution. the cathodic current efficiency for the deposition of Cu-Ag alloys is about 99%.

يتناول موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية ظاهرة النزوح السكاني في المجتمع الليبي. أي عمليات التهجير الإجباري الذي حصل بليبيا خلال فترة 2011 وما بعدها، و ما هي العوامل والأسباب التي أدت إلى عملية النزوح، والواقع المعيشي الذي أصبح يعانيه النازحين، و الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية السلبية المترتبة على عملية النزوح السكاني، حيث أصبح اغلب المهجرين يعيشون أوضاعا وظروف قاسية انعكست على حالة استقراراهم بسبب الحروب والصراعات بين الأفراد الجماعات المتخاصمة سياسيا وقبليا، وقد أدت المواجهات المسلحة ومظاهر العنف، إلى فرار العديد من السكان خوفاً من الانتقامات، وتعرض حياتهم للخطر، وتفكك النسيج الاجتماعي وتدني المستوى التعليمي وتحصيل المعلومات وانهيار الصحة، وارتفاع معدلات الجريمة نتيجة انتشار السلاح الناشئ عن الحروع، وعدم استقرار الوضع الأمني، بالإضافة إلى الأعباء المالية وعدم توفير السيولة النقدية بالمصارف التجارية وأزمة السكن. كما يستنتج من هذه الورقة بأن اغلب عمليات النزوح في المجتمع الليبي هو من النوع الداخلي، وإن الأغلب يعاني ظروف معيشية قاسية وأوظاعا غير مستقرة وسوء في الأحوال النفسية والصحية وتدني في المستويات التعليمية، وانعدام في مستوى الخدمات التي تقدم، كما يتضح بأن هناك خرق للنسيج الاجتماعي، و ازدحام شديد في المناطق المستقبلة للنازحين وأزمة سكن وارتفاع في أسعار إيجارات المساكن، وظهور بعض الظواهر مثل التسول وتشغيل الاطث.
