يعتبر هذا الكتاب شاملا لأهم الأساسيات في مجال إدارة العمليات الصناعية من الناحية التي تشير إليها المفاهيم وما تحتاجه أساسيات التطبيق، ذلك لما لهذا المجال من أهمية قصوى في كافة الأوجه الصناعية بشكل عام، حيث تعتبر المعلومات المعروضة بين طيات هذا الكتاب أساسية ومفيدة لكافة المهتمين بالتزود بالمعلومات وكافة سبل المعرفة في مجالات إدارة العمليات الصناعية، إضافة إلى كيفية التخطيط لها وإدارة عملياتها بالشكل العلمي الفعال. الموضوعات التي يتضمنها هذا الكتاب شاملة لأغلب مراحل ومجالات إدارة العمليات الصناعية بمختلف أشكالها وبكافة مستويات تنفيذها، سواءً المستوى الإداري منها أو فيما يختص بإدارة أمورها الفنية. تم تقسيم طيات هذا الكتاب إلى أثني عشر فصلا اشتملت على أشكال توضيحية ورسومات بيانية وجداول إحصائية, إضافة إلى أمثلة ومسائل توضيحية. تم التركيز في الفصول الأولى على توضيح شامل لأهم مفاهيم العمليات الصناعية، ومن ثم برزت الأهمية لعرض أوجه معرفة ودراسة آليات التنظيم الإداري بكافة أشكاله ومجالات تطبيقه، مع التوضيح الجلي لكيفية تصميم أو اختيار الهيكل التنظيمي المناسب، مع التركيز على أساسيات التخطيط, وكيفية التنبؤ الفعال والاستعداد لما هو قادم بغرض الاستعداد لمواجهته وإدارة عملياته. تم التطرق أيضا لتقنيات نظام تخطيط الحاجيات من المواد، وكيفية استخدام أساليب وأدوات ضبط الجودة بغية الرقي بمستوى الإنتاجية بكافة أنواعها، إضافة إلى تحسينها والرقي بمستوى عملياتها. تم التركيز أيضاً في الفصل السابع على توضيح مفاهيم تقنيات الإنتاج الآني، أو ما يعرف أحيانا بالإنتاج في الوقت المحدد، تم التطرق فيه كذلك لأهم فوائد وآليات التطبيق في كافة المجالات سواء الصناعية منها أو الخدمية، يليه تم توضيح كيفية تنسيق وترتيب المصانع، وخاصة ما يتعلق بإدارة العمليات فيها، واختيار الموقع الأمثل لتوطين المشاريع اعتمادا على مستويات التكاليف اللازمة لإنتاج الوحدة الواحدة من المنتجات المستهدف إنتاجها. ولما لنجاح المشاريع من أهمية قصوى في استمراريتها وتوسعها مستقبلاً تم في الفصل العاشر التركيز على كيفية القيام بدراسات الجدوى للمشاريع، الأمر الذي جعل من الضرورة الإشارة لكيفية اتخاذ القرارات بشكل علمي فعال, وعلى الأسس البعيدة عن الحدس والتخمين العشوائي، كما تم في الفصل الحادي عشر توضيح كيفية إعداد الميزانيات في المؤسسات الصناعية، وكذلك دراسة الأمور ذات العلاقة بالحركة والزمن، وما يتعلق بمناولة وتخزين المواد بشكل علمي. ولما لأمور الصيانة من أهمية في المجال الصناعي فقد تم تخصيص الفصل الأخير لتوضيح أساسيات عمليات الصيانة وأنواعها، وكيفية التخطيط لتنفيذ عملياتها. كذلك تم توضيح أهم مفاهيم وأسس السلامة الصناعية والصحة المهنية وما يجب التركيز عليه في هذا المجال. واتباعا للأسس العلمية في التأليف والنشر تم اختتام هذا المخطوط بسرد لكافة المراجع والمصادر التي تم الاعتماد عليها في التأليف, وبما تضمنته من معلومات ذات قيمة في مجال إدارة العمليات الصناعية في كافة المؤسسات على اختلاف مجالات نشاطاتها وتنوع أساليب إدارة عملياتها.

هذا الكتاب شاملاً لأهم الأساسيات في مجال إدارة عمليات الصيانة من الناحية التي تشير إليها المفاهيم وما تتطلبه أساسيات التطبيق، وذلك لما لهذا المجال من أهمية قصوى في كافة الأوجه الصناعية والإنتاجية في أغلب دول العالم، حيث تعتبر المعلومات المعروضة بين طيات هذا الكتاب أساسية ومفيدة لكافة المهتمين بالتزود بالمعلومات وكافة سبل المعرفة في مجالات الصيانة المختلفة, وكيفية التخطيط لها وإدارة عملياتها بالشكل العلمي الفعال، وبشكل عام تعتبر الموضوعات التي يتضمنها هذا الكتاب ذات جانب شامل لأغلب مراحل ومجالات إدارة عمليات الصيانة بمختلف أشكالها ومستويات تنفيذها سواءً الإداري منها، أو ما يختص بالأمور الفنية. تم تقسيم طيات هذا الكتاب إلى اثنا عشر فصلاً امتدت على ما يقارب المئتي صفحة، اشتملت طياته على أشكال توضيحية ورسومات بيانية وجداول إحصائية، إضافة إلى أمثلة توضيحية ومسائل تحليلية، تم التركيز في الفصول الأولى على توضيح أهم مفاهيم عمليات الصيانة، ومن تم برزت الأهمية لعرض أوجه معرفة ودراسة آليات التطبيق بكافة أنواعها، إضافة إلى أهم المسببات التي قد تؤدي إلى حدوث كافة أنواع الأعطال وفي كافة أشكال المؤسسات، بينما ركز الفصل الخامس بالتحديد على توضيح مختلف أنواع عمليات الصيانة ومدى ملائمة كل منها لإصلاح وتفادي وقوع كل نوع من أنواع الأعطال محتملة الحدوث. أما الفصلين السابع والثامن فقد تم التركيز فيهما على كيفية إدارة المعدات والأدوات والعنصر البشري في عمليات التنفيذ المطلوبة، بينما تم التركيز في الفصل العاشر على دراسة كافة أنواع التكاليف ذات العلاقة بتنفيذ عمليات الصيانة، ومن ثم خصص الفصل الحادي عشر لكيفية التخطيط الفعال والجدولة لكافة عمليات الصيانة بكفاءة وفعالية عالية في مختلف المؤسسات. وختاماً، تم تخصيص الفصل الثاني عشر لتوضيح أهم مفاهيم وأسس السلامة الصناعية والصحة المهنية وما يجب التركيز عليه في هذا المجال، وإتباعاً للأسس العلمية في التأليف والنشر تم ختم الكتاب بسرد لكافة المراجع والمصادر التي تم الاعتماد عليها في التأليف، وبما تضمنه من معلومات قيمة في مجال إدارة عمليات الصيانة في كافة المؤسسات على اختلاف مجالات نشاطاتها وتنوع أساليب إدارة عملياتها.

The social media network Facebook™ was used to gather information on the occurrence and geographical distribution of dusky grouper dermatitis, a skin lesion affecting the dusky grouper, Epinephelus marginatus. Dusky grouper are common targets for spear fishermen in the Mediterranean and by monitoring spearfishing activity in Libyan waters, it was possible to document skin lesions from their entries on Facebook. Thirty-two Facebook accounts and 8 Facebook groups posting from 23 Libyan coastal cities provided a retrospective observational data set comprising a total of 382 images of dusky grouper caught by spearfishing between December 2011 and December 2015. Skin lesions were observable on 57/362 fish, for which images were of sufficient quality for analysis, giving a minimal prevalence for lesions of 15.75%. Only dusky grouper exceeding an estimated 40 cm total length exhibited lesions. The ability to collect useful data about the occurrence and geographical distribution of pathological conditions affecting wild fish using social media networks demonstrates their potential utility as a tool to support epidemiological studies and monitor the health of populations of aquatic animals. To our knowledge, this represents the first time that such an approach has been applied for assessing health in a wild population

In the period 2013–2015, wild dusky grouper, Epinephelus marginatus (Lowe), caught in Libyan coastal waters and ranging in size from 42 to 92 cm in total length, were observed to have distinctive skin lesions of unknown aetiology. Histopathologically, the lesions comprised a multifocal, unilateral or bilateral dermatitis, involving the epidermis, superficial dermis and scale pockets, and sometimes, in severe cases, the hypodermis. Severe lesions had marked epidermal spongiosis progressing to ulceration. Healing was observed in some fish. Bacteria and fungi could be isolated from severe lesions, although they were not seen histopathologically in early‐stage lesions. By contrast, metazoan parasite eggs were observed in the dermis and epidermis of some fish with mild and moderate dermatitis. Unidentified gravid digenean trematode parasites carrying similar eggs were also seen within the blood vessels of the deep and superficial dermis. The cause of this distinctive condition, termed dusky grouper dermatitis (DGD), and its potential impact upon already threatened Mediterranean wild dusky grouper populations and upon cultured grouper more widely have yet to be established.

DLFSR is promising for enhancing the security of stream ciphers. However, good inviolability and statistical properties of the DLFSR generator are only achievable when the parameters of the switching algorithm are properly selected. This paper describes a new experimental method for choosing suitable parameters for the algorithm of switching the polynomial in DLFSR. This method was used to enhance the Grain-128 stream cipher. The randomness of the modified Grain was evaluated using the NIST suite, and the results are encouraging. The modified Grain was also compared to the original, and the results indicated that the modified algorithm outperforms the original in several tests. arabic 12 English 82

Even though it is an essential requirement of any computer system, there is not yet a standard method to measure data security, especially when sending information over a network. However, the most common technique used to achieve the three goals of security is encryption. Three security metrics are derived from important issues of network security in this chapter. Each metric demonstrates the level of achievement in preserving one of the security goals. Routing algorithms based on these metrics are implemented to test the proposed solution. Computational effort and blocking probability are used to assess the behavior and the performance of these routing algorithms. Results show that the algorithms are able to find feasible paths between communicating parties and make reasonable savings in the computational effort needed to find an acceptable path. Consequently, higher blocking probabilities are encountered, which is the price to be paid for such savings. arabic 3 English 22
